Arrive at least one hour before showtime. Gates open 90 minutes prior.
Free shuttles start two hours before showtime, run roughly every 20 minutes, and stop once the show begins.
Metro B Line (Red) to Universal City/Studio City or Ovation Hollywood, then transfer to the free shuttle. Bus lines 222 and 224 also serve The Ford.

On-site parking is limited and stacked — you may be blocked in until the event ends. Cards strongly preferred.

Drop-off and pick-up at Cahuenga Blvd East and Pilgrimage Bridge near the parking lot entrance.
The amphitheatre offers 10 wheelchair spaces, 10 companion seats, and 14 transfer seats — the back row sits only 96 feet from the stage.
Free accessibility cart runs from ADA parking to the ADA entrance at loading-dock level.
From the ADA entrance, an elevator serves Level 4 (restrooms) and Level 5 (amphitheatre seating). A separate elevator runs from Level 5 up to the picnic terrace.
Social stories, sensory bags, and weighted lap pads are available on request at the Box Office.
Full accessibility infoBodega at The Ford features multicultural offerings from Angeleno chefs (including Arepa Stand and MANEATINGPLANT) plus a beverage program curated by sommelier Caroline Styne.
Three dedicated picnic areas sit outside the amphitheatre. All food and beverages — including items brought from home — are welcome inside the theatre during the performance.

Late seating
Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and may be held for breaks in the program.
